Job Duties:
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure stock levels are in line with demand.
• Manage in analyzing potential key supplier and end-user market opportunities within domestic and export markets.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and prices.
• Study market research and trends to verify client demand, potential sales volumes.
• Manage and evaluate the activities of staff and assign their duties.
• Determine customer service requirements and issues by maintaining contact with customers.
• Improve customer service quality results by evaluating and communicating.
• Oversee the hiring and training of staff to ensure an effective workforce.
• Create and present the wholesale strategies.
Job Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school is required.
– At least 1-2 years of customer service-related retail or wholesale sales experience or any experience in management, OR a University degree or college diploma in business administration or other field related to the product or service being sold is required.
