Job requirements

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as a Reservations Supervisor and/or Travel Agency Manager is required

Job details:

Salary: $ 41.25/ hour for 30 to 40 hours per week

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct overall operations of the business including the activities of staff in providing travel services for clients.

• Set objectives and performance standards for the agency and its employees.

• Manage staff and assign duties, including hiring and training.

• Establish and manage budgets, oversee expenditures, and ensure profitability.

• Negotiate with travel service providers (such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators) for best pricing and packages.

• Develop promotional strategies and marketing plans to attract clients.

• Ensure compliance with travel laws and regulations, including licensing and insurance requirements.

• Handle client complaints or disputes and provide resolutions when necessary.

• Oversee the preparation of brochures, advertising material, and client proposals.

• Stay updated on global travel trends, destinations, and risks.

• Supervise the booking process for flights, accommodation, and tours.

• Maintain strong relationships with business clients, tour operators, and suppliers
