Job Description:
Position: Supply Chain Supervisor
Employer: Flying Fish Trading Inc.

Wage: $31.35 per hour
Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:

– Oversee, organize, assign, and evaluate the tasks of clerks involved in activities such as shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and managing inventories of products; handling purchasing transactions; coordinating production tasks; dispatching crews; planning transportation schedules and routes; and other related duties.
– Ensure adherence to safety, security, and procedural policies, standards, and regulations, and contribute to their improvement.
– Address and resolve issues and complaints, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements.
– Request necessary supplies and materials.
– Ensure the proper functioning of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for their maintenance and repairs.
– Conduct performance evaluations for supervised staff.
– Perform the same duties as those of the supervised workers.

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary school is required. Post-Secondary education in related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 year of supply-chain related experience is required.
