Job Description

We’re seeking one Bookkeeper for a full-time, permanent position, at $ 23/hour (40 hours/ week), as soon as possible. We are looking for a highly-skilled, detail-oriented Bookkeeper who excels at multitasking.

JOB REQUIREMENTS-

Duties Include:
• Prepare and post daily general entries; Examine daily journals and bookkeeping records;
• Keep financial records and maintain accounting system balance, including balance sheet, and financial statements.
• Prepare and process invoices and cheques for bills daily;
• Process and record the large volume of transactions involving sales, purchases, payroll, collection of accounts receivable, and payment of bills;
• Complete and prepare financial and accounting reports and statements;
• Prepare and analyse monthly bank reconciliation
• Calculate, verify, and prepare payrolls for employees with accuracy and integrity;

Required languages: English

Education level: Minimum two-year post-secondary diploma in accounting, finance, or related field

Required skills: One year to less than two years of previous bookkeeping/accounting experience required
