Our client is looking for a project manager in construction to complete their team. Appropriate training will be provided to understand the materials and tools used as well as construction techniques adapted to climatic conditions.

• Full time permanent position (35-40h/week)

• Coordinate subcontractors activities
• Evaluate daily operations
• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
• Plan and manage budgets
• Develop and implement quality control programs Develop risk management plans
• Prepare reports
• All others duties as required

For a perfect match :
• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
• Experience of 1 year minimum
• English essential, knowledge of French will be considered an asset
