Languages – English

Education – Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience – 1 year to less than 2 years

Security and Safety – Criminal record check required

Transportation/Travel Information – Travel expenses paid by employer, Public transportation is available

Work Location Information – Work in employer’s/client’s home

Specific Skills – Bathe, dress and feed children, Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, Supervise and care for children, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Prepare children for rest periods, change diapers for toddler, Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, Take children to and from school and to appointments, Tend to emotional well-being of children.

Additional Skills – Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties

Weight Handling – Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
