Job Description:
– Position: Pilates Program Manager
– Employer: CHRIS KIM HEALTH GROUP INC. dba Inspine Therapy
– Work Location: 2404 St Johns St, Port Moody, BC V3H 2B1
– Business Address: Same as above
– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
– Wage: $35.54 per hour
– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:
– Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of pilates program.
– Prepare budget and develop polices and procedures on pilates program.
– Recruit and assess pilates instructors.
– Evaluate performance on pilates instructors.
– Develop strategies of business growth in pilates program.
– Regularly conducts quality control of pilates program, coaching all levels of pilates program members on meeting standards and improving quality.

Job Requirements:
– Education: Completion of Bachelor programs in related health field is required.
– Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in related field. Experience in pilates is considered a strong asset.
