Position: Truck Driver Supervisor

Work hours: Minimum 35 to 40 hours per week.

Job responsibilities
• Supervising Drivers, truck drivers, shuttle drivers in the yard bydirecting them to designated locations and assigning them tooffsite moves depending on their purpose of visit.
• Conduct daily coordination with fulfillment center operationsdepartments, transportation peers and carriers to ensure alltrailers and shipments arrive and depart on time with zerodefects.
• Ensure team members are on time before the job and during thejob.
• Resolve work problems with the team members andrecommend measures to improve productivity. Show newmeasures during a move team member.
• Responsible for driver hiring and training, workforce planning,discipline, and recognition as well as retention activities.
• Forecast driver and routing needs to assist for holidays andspecial events to avoid any disruption to the normal delivery

• Conduct thorough accident investigations for all driver relatedaccidents.
• The individual will be responsible for maintaining proper dailypayroll for their driver group.
• Responsible for respecting allocated budget and identifyingimprovement possibilities.
• Enforce policies and procedures for product delivery (truckcleanliness, temperature, and service)
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Employment Requirements
• Must have Secondary Education Certificate
• 7 months to less than 1 year of Experience is required.
• Professional, reliable, and well organized
• Highly effective client services and organizational skills
• Team player and highly adaptive to work in culturally diverseenvironment.
