Bubbles Car Wash and Detail Centre is looking for two (2) Full-Time Sales Supervisors (NOC 62010-2)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $23.08/hour, with extended medical and dental benefits available after 1 year of work.
Job Description:
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Review and sell car wash & detail services to customers
• Review reports on sales volumes and targets
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Work with, supervise, train and co-ordinate activities of workers to perform the services sold (car wash & auto detailing)
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or retail sales
• Valid driver’s licence, with reliable transportation
• Must be willing to work weekends (we operate Monday to Saturday)
• Must be able to provide excellent customer service
• Strong leadership qualities
• Previous experience in automotive or car wash industry is an asset
• Language in the workplace is English
