Subway is a renowned franchise restaurant and brand with locations across Canada. Subway is looking to hire permanent full-time Restaurant manager who is passionate about the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will:
• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service.

Skills Requirements:
• Completion of College.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
