Position: Assistant Cook

Hours of work: 30 – 40 hours per week

Job Duties:
– Prepare and cook fried chicken, make sandwiches and salads
– Under the direction of cooks, measure out and prepare ingredients for menu items
– Cook food according to recipes
– Prepare and wash ingredients
– Portion food into appropriate packaging
– Stock and maintain ingredients in the refrigerator and freezer

Job Requirement:
Education: Completion of high school is required.
Experience: No formal experience is required as on the job training is provided. Any commercial cooking experience is considered a strong asset.
