Bliss Bakery is looking for two Full-Time Bakers (NOC 63202)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week, $19.00 to $19.65/hour (negotiable), with benefits.
Job Description:
• Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
• Bake mixed doughs and batters
• Ensure quality of products meets established standards
• Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce
• Purchase baking supplies
• May oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
• May assist in training and supervising baking personnel and kitchen staff.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Baker or related
• Must be available to work our operating schedule of 11pm to 7am
• Language in the workplace is English
