Requirement and Skills:
• Secondary Education
• 1 year of industry related experience

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise work of room attendants and cleaning crew
• Prepare work schedule and co-ordinate activities with other departments
• Hire, train or arrange training of cleaning staff
• Estimate cost, adhering to budget and keep financial records
• Arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
• Ensure Black Rock Resort safety and cleanliness standards are met
• May perform cleaning duties when necessary
