Bamboo Chopsticks Vietnamese Restaurant in downtown Kelowna is looking for a Full-Time Kitchen Helper (NOC 65201) to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, $17.40 to $20.00/hour.
Job Description:
• Wash and peel vegetables and fruit
• Assist in prep work in the kitchen
• Wash work tables, cupboards and appliances
• Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers
• Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards and other storage areas
• Sweep and mop floors and clean kitchen area
• Perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff
Job Requirements:
• On-the-job training is provided
• Previous kitchen work experience is an asset
• Language in the workplace is English
