Position: cook, fishing and merchant vessel
Wage: $16.91 to $19.00 / hour (To be negotiated)
Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Requirements:
-secondary (high) school graduation certificate
–1 year to less than 2 years experience
-English

Job Duties:
– Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
– Inspect kitchens and food service areas
– Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
– Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
– Clean kitchen and work areas, Manage kitchen operations
