Amana Painting Ltd. Is looking for 1 Painting Supervisor – Construction (NOC 72014) to join them ASAP.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 to 40 hours a week)
Wage: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Duties:

• Schedule painting tasks in line with project timelines, collaborating with project managers.
• Direct painting crews, ensuring they’re equipped for efficient task completion.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations.
• Oversee paint inventory, equipment maintenance, and project budgeting.
• Train team members on techniques, safety, and equipment operation.
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Address issues like material shortages or unexpected obstacles.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols for a secure work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of progress, materials, and incidents.
• Identify and implement improvements for painting efficiency and quality.

Job requirements:

• Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Experience: Min. 1-2 years of previous experience in the relevant field & trade is required.
• Work Conditions: Ability to work under pressure.
• Physical Capabilities: Ability to work long hours and / or weekends are required, Heavy lifting may require, at times.
