Job Description: I require a full-time home support worker to provide in-home care for one elder with diabetes, high blood pressure and mobility restrictions.

Key responsibilities include:

– Care for elder with mobility restrictions
– Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
– Administer medications under direction of doctor and/or medical personnel
– Carry out home-based component of program established by occupational or physiotherapist
– Accompany to medical appointments
– Provide companionship
– Prepare and serve nutritious meals
– Assist with feeding, bathing and dressing
– Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

Job location: North Vancouver, BC (near Taylor Way)
Terms of employment: This job is full-time (minimum 30 hours/week).
