MAIN DUTIES / LISTE DES TÂCHES :
Oversee the acquisition of complete tender documents for rebar takeoff purposes / Superviser l’acquisition de documents d’appel d’offres afin de relever la quantité d’acier d’armature requise pour les projets
Complete accurate rebar takeoff estimates for pricing / Réaliser avec précision l’estimation des relevés de quantités d’acier d’armature pour l’établissement des prix
Provide budget quantities & suggestions for a customer’s proposed projects / Fournir des quantités et des suggestions budgétaires pour les projets proposés par les clients
Have a positive & helpful line of communication with the detailing department / Maintenir une communication positive et utile avec le département des détailleurs
Participate and attend pre-tender award meetings, management meetings and staff meetings /Participer et assister aux réunions préalables à l’attribution des soumissions, aux réunions de gestion et aux réunions du personnel

BONUS / PRIMES OFFERTES: The employee will be eligible to participate in the company bonus plan, based on the bonus plan criteria (which may change from time to time). As a bonus plan participant, the target incentive bonus will be 6% of the annual salary. The determination of any bonus will be made in accordance with the terms of AGF’s Bonus Plan then in effect, as amended from time to time. The actual bonus payable in respect of a given fiscal year will be dependent on a combination of factors, including satisfactory completion of the employee’s personal performance goals and AGF Rebar meeting acceptable financial performance targets for the then current fiscal year. The employee must have worked a minimum of six (6) months during the company’s fiscal year and be actively employed on the date of payment in order to be eligible for bonus payout. Required languages: English

Education level: bachelor's degree in engineering or professional diploma in estimating or civil engineering

Required skills: 3 to 5 years' experience in estimating reinforcing steel, 3 to 5 years' experience in surveying reinforcing steel quantities
