Position: Bottle Depot Supervisor

Job Duties:
– Assign depot staff with duties and prepare work schedules.
– Supervise and direct depot recycling staff, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient production that meets or exceeds performance standards set out by us.
– Ensure all standard operating procedures for the bottle depot and recycling regulations.
– Handle and resolve work-related issues or conflicts.
– Ensure smooth operation of computer systems and equipment.
– Hire, train, and supervise depot staff ensuring safety procedures and company policies.

Job Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school is required.
– 1-2 years of supervisory experience OR related experience is required.
