• Plan and organize daily operations to meet service, quality, and profitability goals.
• Direct and coordinate team efforts to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Foster a positive customer service culture among team members.
• Oversee staff training and monitor staff performance
• Create employee work schedules and oversee staff performance
• Monitor revenue to optimize profitability and control expenses effectively.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory
