Is seeking two retail sales supervisors. Start date as soon as possible.
Salary $21.60 / hour. 35 hours per week. (Full-time, permanent)
Requirements:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Be able to communicate in English (oral and written)
At least 1 years experience
Be able to provide a clear criminal record check

The Retail Sales Supervisor will perform the following job duties:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and shortages
Maintain inventory and merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as displays and cleanliness
