Job Duties:
– Plan and direct preparation and cooking activities
– Create and invent new menu recipe
– Ensure food meets quality standards
– Estimate food cost and labour cost of restaurant
– Recruit and manage staff
– Supervise all activities occurring in the kitchen
– Arrange for kitchen equipment purchases and repairs

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school is required
and
Experience: Minimum 2 months to 3 year experience in this field.
