• Completion of secondary school is mandatory
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience is required
• Energetic, self-confident, open to learning and able to work in fast paced environment.
• Excellent communications skills both written & verbal
• Should be able to follow instructions, prepare recipes as per set standards.

Job duties and responsibilities:
• Prepare or roll out puff pastry dough, ensuring the right consistency and texture for perfect layering.
• Cut the dough into the correct size and shape to encase the vegetable filling securely.
• Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce.
• Indenting the raw materials needed for baking purposes.
• Uses proper procedures to ensure all products are properly prepared to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure veggie puffs are baked at the right temperature for a crispy, golden-brown finish.
• Monitor baking times to achieve a crisp texture without overbaking.
• Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
• Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Maintains adequate supply of all prepared products on hand and ensures the proper storage and refrigeration.
• Keeps spoilage/waste to a minimum by ordering and utilizing proper quantities and rotating products.
• Fold or seal the pastry dough around the filling to create neat, uniform puffs.
• Utilizes all leftovers into usable products
