Job Description:
– Position: Cook

– Wage: $16.00 per hour
– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:
– Prepare and cook various types of Japanese hot food such as udon, tempura, donburi etc.
– Monitor and order inventory and records of food such as vegetable, noodle, shrimp, and supplies such as gloves, sanitizer and so on.
– Prepare and make sauces for meal on the menu.
– Supervise kitchen staffs and helpers.
– Clean and sterilize food preparation areas.

Job Requirements:
– Education: Completion of high school is required.
– Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a cook is required OR completion of a three-year apprenticeship program, college, or other programs in cooking.
