Job Description:
– Position: Bakers
– Employer: 1256928 B.C. Ltd. dba No. 24 Café & Bistro
– Work Location: 15355 24 Ave, Surrey, BC V4A 2H9
– Business Address: Same as above
– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
– Wage: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:
– Prepare dough and bake various baked goods and pies according to established recipes.
– Ensure quality of products meets established standards.
– Bake bread and cookies, and fry doughnuts.
– Adhere to a production schedule to ensure timely preparation of all baked goods
– Maintain an inventory record for baking supplies.
– Create a daily kitchen schedule.
– Monitor and maintain the proper oven temperature
– Supervise other kitchen staff.

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of Secondary school is required.
Experience: Completion of a three-or four-year apprenticeship program for bakers or Completion of college or other programs for bakers OR over 3-5 years of experience as a baker is required.
