Job Description:
– Position: Food Service Supervisor
– Employer: 1256928 B.C. Ltd. dba No. 24 Café & Bistro
– Work Location: 15355 24 Ave, Surrey, BC V4A 2H9
– Business Address: Same as above
– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
– Wage: $20.00 per hour
– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:
– Train new employees, assign job duties, and make sure that they follow the safety requirements.
– Oversee and check food assembly before being served to the customers.
– Order ingredients and supplies needed for meal and coffee preparation.
– Keep records of stock, and sales such as the amount, and cost of meals and coffee served and wastage.
– Prepare work schedules and evaluate the work performance of employees.
– Maintain service and meet quality control standards.

Job Requirements:
– Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
– Experience: Completion of community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related field OR 1 to 2 years of experience in food preparation or service is required.
