Job Description

– Prepare and cook traditional Korean dishes on the menu and ensure quality and quantity proportions.
– Prepare and make sauces for Korean dishes.
– Ensure kitchen equipment is functioning properly.
– Monitor and order inventory and records of food and supplies.
– Inspect and clean work areas.

Requirements:

– Education: Completion of high school is required.
– Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in this field or Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program or college program for cooks or food safety experience is required.
