Job Duties:

 Prepare and cook various types of Japanese dishes on the menu.
 Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
 Cook food according to recipes.
 Prepare and make sauces for the meal on the menu.
 Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers.
 Check food stocks and order to maintain food supplies.

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school is required
Experience: Minimum 1~2 years of experience as a cook OR completion of college or other programs in cooking or food safety is required.
