Business Analyst
Available Positions: 2
Reporting to the Business Domain Architect (“BDA”), the Business Analyst (“BA”) collaborates with the Business Solution Delivery team (“BSD”) and related technical resources to analyze, define, validate and understands the needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitates the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders. The BA bridges the needs of the business partners with the use of IT and identifies options for designing and improving business systems. This individual understands business processes, process analysis/management, and their related IT requirements. Some of the major responsibilities as a BA are: to define and utilize relevant business analysis techniques and methodologies to perform solution analysis and design; drive the definition, optimization, improvement, and approved changes to new and existing business processes and IT solutions via development of business and functional requirements; provide continuous improvement services to improve existing business processes and inform the Business Solution Delivery leadership team of potential continuous improvement opportunities; and manage process conformance and compliance as appropriate (e.g. PCI). Developer
Available Positions: 1
The Developer role is to develop application code in accordance with application standards and best practices working on projects, change requests and minor enhancements. This individual is responsible for analyzing, developing and delivering the technical solution that satisfies the functional design documents and other useful requirements. The Developer also works with incident management software to investigate, resolve issues with various applications and resolve defects. The Developer unit tests changes to applications to ensure that the quality level delivered to QA is acceptable. This individual is well versed in agile methodologies and development. Some of the major responsibilities as a Developer are: understand and interpret functional requirements as set forth in the functional design documents; develop, integrate, test, maintain and enhance existing and proprietary platform applications (e.g. SAP); design, develop and unit test technical solutions for moderate to complex work objects assigned; provide support to test teams during product and UAT testing of the technical solution developed; and prepare and implement the technical solution to the production environment. Solution Architect

Reporting to the Solution Integration Architect (“SIA”) or the Architecture Center of Expertise Lead, the Solution Architect (“SA”) translates business requirements into solution architecture that complies with enterprise architectural standards and roadmaps. This role is pivotal in delivering and maintaining a solution that best suits business requirements. The SA has a wide breadth of knowledge on how various technological components work together to deliver desired functionality. The Solution Architect analyzes current application and infrastructure technology to determine its ability to support the solution and creates relevant conceptual solutions and solution maps to be referenced by Business Analyst, developers and configuration specialists during the functional design and build process. The Solution Architect is a senior role in the architecture family. The solution architect is expected to be an expert in one or more architecture areas (application, infrastructure, data, security, etc.). The SA works with the Business Solution Delivery teams and the business partners to define solution roadmaps for a specific technology within a specific domain. This individual collaborates with the Solution Integration Architect, the Project Manager/Delivery team and the Architecture COE to facilitate integration across solutions and technologies within a specific domain.
