826167 Alberta Ltd. o/a Bar 4T Ranch, located at 200077 Rge Road 124, Patricia AB, T0J 2K0 is seeking two (2) Ranch Foremen/Women. English-speaking workplace. Rural area, remote location. Permanent/full-time.

Education: Basic

Duties:
Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and biosecurity procedures. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting. (Hay Crops). Coordinate and supervise the work of the general farm working and harvesting labourers. Train the general farm workers for haying and harvesting. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Fertilize and spray crops. Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Diagnose and treat any livestock health problems. Monitor the calving process. Carry out breeding programs. Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs. Formulate feeding programs. Maintain livestock performance records, quality control, and production records. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Feed and tend to animals as required. Meet with the Farm Manager and owners to review ranch operations and the list of work needed to be completed. General farm duties as required.

Weekend work is required.
