Boston Pizza Cranbrook is looking for three (3) Full-Time Kitchen Supervisors (NOC 62020)! This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, $20.00/hour, with benefits. We offer year-round and seasonal positions.
Job Description:
• Lead by example and work alongside their team members – kitchen
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Achieve goals through strong organizational skills and effective time management
• Build relationships by finding common ground and working cohesively with all team members
• Commit to championing the “Heart of Hospitality,” Boston Pizza’s Brand Standards and Food Safety
• Effectively communicate, share goals, challenge and is continuously coach the kitchen team on ways to progress
• Maintain composure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Driven by professional development opportunities, and is consistently seeking new learning and skill-building moments
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in kitchen/food service
• Must have attention to detail
• Ability to speak and read English
