We are looking for enthusiastic & passionate individuals with lots of personality, character, charm, and interest in food service business to fill the position of a Food Service Supervisor (NOC 6311) at our different locations.

Job Requirements:

Completion of secondary education.
Previous experience in food services is an asset
Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible shift either Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend in fast paced environment Attention to detail in all areas of work
Wiling to relocate

Work Location:
Rural area, remote location, various locations, on-site customer service

Job responsibilities:

Build and retain a high performing team that can deliver the results to meet performance goals as per Second Cup’s standards
Oversees the cooking and preparation of food items for the day according to recipes and brand requirements Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, serve food and beverages.
Oversee the product merchandising, line displays, and distribution of marketing materials
Directing and implementing training techniques to train employees on customer service expectations Establish methods to meet work schedules
Check stock items on regular basis and maintain inventory, order the inventory items, check for the quality and packaging of items
Recruit and Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures Ensure food service staff comply with all guidelines
Protecting employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment

Compensation: $34.20 per hour
Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Hours: Minimum 30 to 35 hours per week
