The Paris Beer Co. is looking for a Full-Time Food and Beverage Service Supervisor (NOC 62020-2)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $18.00/hour, with benefits.
Job Description:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food service, brewery, or winery industries
• Smart Serve certified (or ability to get one)
• Language in the workplace is English
