All About Details Cleaning is looking for seven (7) Full-Time Housekeeping Team Leads (NOC 62021-2)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week, to $20.97/hour.
Job Description:
• Train and supervise housekeeping aides
• Manage operations of cleaning site
• Plan and co-ordinate the activities of housekeeping aides
• Conduct inspections to ensure that company standards and health and safety regulations are being met
• Select and purchase equipment and supplies, and maintain inventory
• Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery
• Perform duties of housekeeping aides when needed
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential/commercial cleaning or related
• Class 5 Driver’s Licence is required for Team Leads
• Must be able to pass a criminal record check (We require you to get one upon hiring)
• Must be honest, trustworthy, responsible and reliable
• Must be able to work quickly and in a team environment
• Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time, walk, kneel, squat, push, and pull throughout shift
• Must be able to perform detailed cleaning, and perform repetitive movements
• Must be personable and friendly with fellow employees and clients
• Language in the workplace is English
We offer:
• Paid travel time and overtime – you will be paid from the time the work car leaves the office until the car gets back to the office. (Other companies will often only pay while inside each house cleaning)
• Company car provided. You DO NOT need to supply your own car or gas.
