Job Description

Responsibilities

-Organize and coordinate cleaning, painting and repair of rental properties
-Supervise and coordinate activities of workers who maintain lawns and other landscaped areas
-Organize the planting of trees, gardens, shrubs, and hedges
-Resolve work-related problems
-May perform the same duties as workers supervised
-Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months

Required languages: English

Education level: High School

Required skills: Experience is an asset
