Kahlon Brothers Construction Ltd. located at 8224, 112 St, Delta BC V4C 4W6 Is looking for Framer Carpenters.
The candidate should have minimum High School education and at least 12 months of related work experience.
The company is offering an industry competitive wage rate of $34.75 per hour to a suitable candidate. This is a full-time position for 30-40 hours a week.

The major set of duties required to be performed are as follows but not limited to :
– Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
– Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
– Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
– Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
– Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware
– Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures
– Supervise apprentices and other construction workers
– Estimate costs and materials
– Such other related duties as instructed by the Manager
