Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Aide and Household Assistant to provide comprehensive care and support for two seniors while managing the main household. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and empathetic, ensuring the smooth operation of the household and the well-being of its residents.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care to seniors, including assistance with daily living activities.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals.
• Maintain household cleanliness and organization.
• Manage flower beds and baskets.
• Perform online grocery shopping and household ordering.
• Receive and manage deliveries.
• Provide pet care as needed.
• Handle house setting and accompany seniors to appointments.
• Manage medication and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Maintain the main house and detached suite.
• Support overall household operations smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide updates through daily phone calls, texts, and emails.
• Occasional house sitting, duration 3 weeks, twice a year
Requirements:
• High school or equivalent degree
• 1-7 months of related work experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Prompt and efficient in task execution.
• Empathetic and compassionate demeanor.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent observation and attention to detail.

Salary: $25 per hour
Hours: 8h per day, 9 AM – 6 PM Sunday to Thursday, (1-hour break)
