Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Café Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and managing staff effectively.

Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of the café.
• Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor performance.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust procedures and prices as necessary.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Manage catering services and special events.

Skills requirement and qualifications:
• Completion of a college or university program in hospitality or food and beverage service management is required.
• Four (4) years or more of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience.
• Responsible beverage service certification (if applicable).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.

Terms of employment: Permanent full-time
