Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager
Number of Positions: 1
Duration: Full time Permanent
Experience requirement: Minimum 1 year.
Start Date: As soon as possible
35 to 40 hours/week.

Job Duties:
• Manage and organize daily restaurant operation.
• Oversee inventory management and food wastage.
• Co-ordinate with suppliers for delivery of supplies and food items.
• Keep track of revenue and expenses.
• Take ownership of budget and cost control methods to minimize expenses.
• Address customer needs, complaints and suggestions.
• Prepare and submit payroll and maintain relevant records
• Ensure all employees are following store policies and outlined operating
Standards.
• Hire new staff and make arrangement for their training.
• Ensure employee compliance with health, safety and sanitation.
• Handle cash and prepare for bank deposit.
• Prepare staff schedule, oversee employee performance and provide feedback for
improvement.
• Plan and implement local advertising and marketing.
