Job Duties
– Supervise and manage the activities of staff, ensuring smooth team operations.
– Assign tasks to team members and implement disciplinary measures as necessary.
– Create and oversee employee schedules, maintaining accurate records of working hours and shifts.
– Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, merchandising efforts, and staff-related matters.
– Handle the recruitment and training of new sales team members or coordinate their onboarding process.
– Uphold the store’s visual presentation standards, including displays, signage, and cleanliness.
– Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving inquiries, complaints, and supply concerns.

Job Requirements
-Education: Completion of high school is required.
-Experience: 2 to 3 years of work experience as a retail salesperson or salesclerk, cashier, telemarketer, door-to-door salesperson, or rental agent is required.
