Job Description

*Unload Fish and Shellfish from fishing vessels and transport by hand or forklift to work area
*Condition Fish and Shellfish for wrapping or freezing
*Weigh fish or shellfish, record weight, and pack on ice
*Clean machines and immediate work areas
*Sort Fish and Shellfish according to species, weight and destination

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Noisy, Odours, Cold, Dusty, Hot, Wet and Damp

OWN TOOLS/ EQUIPMENT: Steel-Toed Safety Boots

PERSONAL SUITABILITY: Flexibility, Reliability, Efficient, Interpersonal Skills, and Team Player
