JOB DETAILS
Workplace information: On site – Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Salary: $35.40 hourly for 30 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Work setting: Construction company
Specific Tasks/Responsibilities:
• Implement new administrative procedures.
• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
• Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
• Perform data entry.
• Resolve conflict situations.
• Monitor and evaluate.
• Oversee payroll administration.
• Plan and control budget and expenditures.
• Assist in project estimates, change order estimates, and project closeout reviews.
• Provide administrative support to capital projects, including managing project folders, maintenance requests, contractor estimates, and scopes of work.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage data, track progress, and generate reports.
• Assist with the preparation and tracking of payment requests, invoices, and estimates.
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities, remaining flexible and open to new duties as the role expands over time.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
