We are recruiting for a Personnel Administrator who will be responsible to manage all aspects of the recruitment process. If you have previous experience in the human resources field, a sense of initiative, and can-do attitude, this may be the role for you!

Position: Personnel Administrator
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Position
Vacancy: 1
Working Hours: 6 hours shift per day, 5 days per week
Wage: $30.00 per hour, 1.5 times regular wage after 40 hours per week
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 10 days paid statutory holidays

Responsibilities:

Perform routine personnel administrative tasks, including processing basic paperwork, creating multiple excel reports, and monitoring personnel inventory
Prepare and post job advertisements online and/or in print media
Recruit the qualified candidates by utilizing multiple recruitment channels, such as LinkedIn, educational institutions, and referrals
Screen candidates by performing background checks and verifying their qualifications and experience
Perform recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, updating the calendar accordingly, answering phone calls, monitoring emails, notifying the results, maintaining clear communication with prospective hires, and preparing the job offer
Support and participate with the process of candidates’ selection and evaluation
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of employee information
Prepare, review, and advise on personnel policies, contracts, and employee benefits
Perform employee retention and employee training
Manage employee consultation and grievances
Maintain personnel files and communicate personnel related issues to management

Position Requirements:

Completion of at least 2 years college diploma education or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication skills in English
