Mook Thai Lounge is looking for a Full-Time Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, $19.00 to $20.00/hour.
Job Description:
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• As needed, perform duties of workers supervised (front-of-house).
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in food service industry
• Previous experience working at a Thai or Asian restaurant is an asset
• Language in the workplace is English
