AN IN-HOME CAREGIVER IS NEEDED TO LOOK AFTER A 91-YEAR OLD WOMAN. WALKS WITH THE HELP OF A WALKER AND SHOWING SIGNS OF DEMENTIA. HAS ASTHMA WHICH COMES IN EPISODES OF WHEEZING, COUGHING AND SHORTNESS OF BREATH HENCE CAREGIVER MUST KEEP AN EYE ON HER ALL THE TIME.
OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE: TAKING HER TO MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS, PROVIDE HER WITH NUTRITIOUS AND HEALTHY MEALS AND SNACKS; LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING AND LAUNDRY. THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION; 8 HOURS A DAY, 5 DAYS A WEEK WTH SATURDAY/SUNDAY OFF. SALARY STARTS AT $19.50/HOUR. FIRST AID AND CPR CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED. MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE POLIE RECORD CHECK AND REFERENCES.

Education level: COLLEGE/CEGEP or other non-university or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
