Job Description:
– Position: Food Service Supervisor
– Employer: 2169069 Alberta Ltd. dba Spedden Super Station Esso
– Work Location: 12304 HWY 28, Spedden, AB, T0A 3E0
– Business Address: Same as above
– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
– Wage: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
– Working Hours: 30-44 hours per week
– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:
– Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
– Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
– Hire food service staff and establish work schedules
– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
– Address customers’ complaints or concerns
– Maintain records of inventory, repairs, sales and wastage

Job Requirements:
– Education: Completion of high school is required.

– Experience: Completion of community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related field OR 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service is required.
