Skills and Qualifications Required:

• A university degree or college diploma
• Minimum 2 years of experience is required in this field.
• Effective interpersonal skills should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be organized, dependable, reliable and flexible.
• Should be able to demonstrate customer services whenever required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish the company’s strategic goals and objectives, and either formulate or approve the necessary policies and programs to guide business operations. Ensure drawings meet industry standards and project specifications.
• Set the company’s goals and develop or approve policies and programs.
• Approve the creation of key departments and assign senior leadership roles.
• Allocate resources, including materials, personnel, and finances, to execute company policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls; design and approve marketing strategies; and oversee overall workforce planning.
• Select and appoint middle management, directors, and other executive leaders.
• Oversee coordination between regions, divisions, or departments.
• Act as the company’s representative or appoint others to represent the company in negotiations or official functions.
