Salary: $32.00 Hourly
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (30-40 hours per week)

Job Description:
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
• Prepare work progress reports
• Such other related tasks as directed by the Manager
