Job Description:
• Prepare and cook a wide range of Japanese traditional and trendy fusion cuisine
• Plan menu and estimate food requirements
• Monitor and maintain inventory, supplies and equipment
• Ensure the organization and hygiene in the Kitchen;
• Ensure operation level of profitability and client satisfaction
• Guide and train new staff.
Minimum Education:
• Completion of Secondary school
Work Experience:
• 2-3 year of commercial cooking experience
