Required skills: 1.Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions. 2.Load and unload goods. 3.Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment. 4.Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. 5.Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo. 6.Pick up and deliver materials.
